Regional Sales Manager – Precision Manufacturing Solutions (East China)

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for precision laser processing systems in key industries: e-mobility, consumer electronics, solar energy, and laser cleaning.
Cultivate long-term partnerships with Tier-1 manufacturers and OEMs, driving adoption of innovative laser technologies through technical consultative selling.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering and R&D teams to deliver customized solutions, ensuring alignment with client technical specifications and market demands.
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends in laser fine-processing industries, providing actionable market intelligence for product optimization.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Optics, or related STEM fields.
5+ years of B2B sales experience in laser processing/industrial automation, with proven track record in e-mobility or consumer electronics verticals (referenceable client projects required).
Deep technical understanding of laser welding, micromachining, or surface treatment applications; ability to articulate ROI-driven value propositions.
Existing network with precision manufacturing enterprises in Yangtze River Delta region (preferred).
Demonstrated success in complex sales cycles: >3 years of consecutive 25% YoY growth in technical equipment sales.
