Process Management:
• Define and secure the global processes for FP&A and costing functions (Calendar, Quality recommendations…)
• Continuous improvement - Drive process & tools optimization and standardization (in line with rules / processes as per Group policy). Secure best practice sharing by closely connecting with all regional costing and GSC central FP&A
• Strive for Customer satisfaction within the standard framework defined for costing team
• Develop, organize and deliver financial training courses in tools, processes and standards for people concerned memory
Finance Planning and Analysis:
• Bring the technical expertise in all FP&A subjects (AOC technical aspect, DFL,Direct CCO.etc)
• Lead the team to provide standard report financial information according to Group rules (CCO, upstreams, residuals, FOREX analysis) as validated by FBP in line with aligned schedule
• Support Finance Business Partner to drive performance by providing analysis, scenario planning, KPIs as well as information regarding cost driver and changes allowing all functions to make timely business decisions based on facts.
Costing
• Lead the team to develop and maintain accurate cost for our products (actual cost, Project base cost, Standard cost), in line with Corporate standard definitions and practices
• Provide costing analysis (eg. CSC campaign analysis) and recommendation for productivity opportunity based on the costing discrepancy analysis
• Secure accuracy of data: identify non-quality, give support and challenge the local action plans
• Be proactive with Finance Business Partner to improve global efficiency of costing function (reports, Dashboard, tools, processes, way of analysis)
Job Requirements
Professional Experience:
1. >8 years total working experience on manufacturing finance area of international company
2. >5 years finance analysis experience on cost analysis and control
3. >3 years team management experience
Education background: Bachelor + majored in finance related
Language: Good English in Oral and Writing
Other Tools: SAP, SQL,Tableau,VB digital tools
