The role is the Finance Automation and digitalization leader for China region
Lead the digital transformation of China's Finance function, focusing on automation and AI to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Responsibilities include designing and executing innovation strategies aligned with global goals and local needs.
The role requires leading end-to-end automation/AI projects, ensuring agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
Key duties also involve upskilling finance teams, driving adoption of new technologies, and fostering an innovative culture.
The position serves as a liaison for finance systems, integrating local data with global standards and representing China in global committees.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, proven experience in finance automation, strong project management skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
