Finance BP

Manage and analyze financial data, including sales, costs, and expenses, to provide business insights and recommendations.

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts, as well as track and report on actual performance against targets.

Identify and analyze key business trends and provide insights on risks and opportunities to achieve financial targets.

Drive the implementation of cost control measures and process improvements to optimize financial results.

Partner with business leaders to develop pricing strategies and evaluate investment opportunities.

5+ years of experience in finance business partnering, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or related industry.

Strong financial analytics skills with the ability to draw insights from complex financial data and communicate findings to non-financial stakeholders.

Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion is preferred.

Fluent in English both oral and written language.
