They are looking for an accounting manager to join their finance team

Manage management accounting process including review and preparation of monthly management report, quarterly forecast, annual budget and long range plan
Control and monitor the completion of monthly accounting closing to meet with the established deadline and to ensure that all revenue and relevant expenses, inter-company transactions are properly, accurately and timely recorded in the general ledger in compliance with the local accounting standard and established company accounting policies/procedures
Coordinate and handle company secretarial works for statutory filing and reporting, including preparation of necessary board minutes/resolutions for directorship change, dividends, inter-company transactions, company structure change etc.
Ensure accounts payable & accounts receivable functions are performed according to company policies/ guidelines. Ensure billable activities are invoiced on a timely manner and are closely monitored.
Review monthly balance sheet account analysis and issue monthly financial statement to the respective shareholders
