Job Summary:
The Channel Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing sales and distribution channels to drive business growth. This role involves building strong relationships with distributors, resellers, retailers, and partners while ensuring alignment with the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy & Development:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors,agents, etc.).
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze channel sales data, market share, and KPIs.
Provide reports on channel performance, opportunities, and risks.
Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
Develop and execute channel strategies to expand market reach and revenue.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize channel performance.
Partner Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
Conduct regular business reviews and provide training/support to partners.
Resolve conflicts and ensure partner satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
7+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, consulting background is highly preferred
