• Support commercial litigation matters across the group, especially store lease, customer and supplier related litigation and other significant commercial disputes, ensuring effective strategies are in place for dispute resolution.
• Offer timely and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders regarding ongoing litigation and potential legal risks.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to litigation management and dispute resolution.
• Work effectively with external law firms to ensure the best legal representation and outcomes for the company.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on litigation-related matters and best practices.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above in law, graduated from a recognized and reputable academic institution.
• PRC licensed lawyer.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on litigation in a major law firm.
• High personal and professional integrity, orientation driven.
• Good communication skills, fluent with Chinese and English.
