Responsibilities
• Conduct independent and throughout investigation of potential violations of the company policies, code of conduct and employee handbook. Draft the complete investigation plan, collect sufficient evidences, interview necessary parties and write clear investigation report.
• Skillful for handing complex investigation cases and high management cases.
• Build up investigation process and SOP, whistleblowing channels maintenance, and speak up culture communication.
• Familiar with the internal and external data analyze tools (include but not limited to various systems, data digging and analyze tools, etc.), and investigative skills (interview, collect evidence) to improve work efficiency and reduce investigative risks.
• Provide support and guidance to other investigative functions to ensure that they are investigated in an appropriate, efficient and timely manner.
• Maintain good communication with internal and external departments if necessary to secure the smooth progress of investigation cases.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize changing workloads.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree and above
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in investigation, audit or compliance role
• Strong preference for at least 5 years internal investigation work experience in multi-national company
• Good sense of confidentiality, adaptability of frequent travel, changes in environment, carry out work rapidly
• Good execution ability and judgment, strong team work spirit
• Familiar with laws and regulations, strong compliance sense
• Fluency in writing and speaking mandarin and English are required
• Lawyer、CIA、CFE are preferred
