Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the company-wide Generative AI technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring deep alignment with core business objectives.
Platform Development: Lead the in-house research, development, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment of large language models and related Generative AI technologies tailored for the financial sector.
Business Integration: Pioneer and champion the application of GenAI in cutting-edge areas such as intelligent wealth management, advanced customer service, risk modeling, code generation, and operational automation.
Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Generative AI experts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Governance & Risk: Ensure all Generative AI applications adhere to the highest standards of compliance, security, and data privacy required by the financial industry.
Qualifications We Seek:
A degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field, with 10+ years of technical experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role deeply involved with large language models or Generative AI projects.
Deep technical understanding and practical experience with the Generative AI stack (e.g., LLM, RAG, Agents, model fine-tuning) and a passion for tracking its rapid evolution.
Outstanding strategic thinking, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to translate advanced technology into clear business value.
Demonstrated excellence in building, managing, and inspiring high-caliber technical teams from scratch.
