About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the technology integration and digital transformation initiatives following recent and future acquisitions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the IT function, unifying systems and infrastructure across merged entities, and establishing a robust, scalable technology foundation to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end IT integration of acquired companies, including system consolidation, data migration, and process harmonization.
Develop and execute IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, with a focus on scalability, security, and operational excellence.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams across multiple regions.
Design and implement modern, secure, and compliant infrastructure—including cloud, networking, and cybersecurity frameworks—to support a distributed organization.
Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives drive business value.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Establish governance, risk management, and compliance practices across integrated IT environments.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of IT leadership experience, with a proven track record in post-merger IT integration and system consolidation.
Strong background in designing and implementing large-scale IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications.
Experience building and leading IT teams in a multi-country or regional setting.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
