1.You will be responsible for conducting market and industry research to inform strategy, leading the development and decomposition of mid-to-long term strategic plans and roadmaps, and driving the execution of key initiatives.
You will also monitor the internal and external environment to dynamically realign strategies, as well as evaluate execution effectiveness to drive improvements and ensure organizational alignment towards strategic goals.
1.Conduct in-depth research on the upstream and downstream markets, industry trends, and user demands within the packaging industry to provide strategic development recommendations to senior management.
2.Lead medium to long-term strategic planning and the decomposition of business objectives, translating the long-term vision into executable milestones and strategic initiatives.
3.Design and maintain the strategic roadmap, ensuring clear understanding and alignment across the organization.
4.Drive the execution of key strategic initiatives, coordinate resources from various parties, and resolve critical issues within projects.
5.Conduct dynamic strategic realignment, promptly adjusting strategies based on market shifts, internal capabilities, and the competitive landscape.
6.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategy execution, propose improvement measures, and drive continuous optimization.
Job Requirements
1.Master's degree or above; preference will be given to candidates with 5-8 years of experience at leading domestic or international consulting firms.
