Job Description
World leading retail Company
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Total Company
- Work closely with accounting team for monthly closing activities to ensure the monthly reports are completed timely and accurately.
- Support to prepare, develop and improve monthly FP&A management report and related deck to the management team and to the regional sales team.
- Support line manager to perform annual budgeting, rolling forecast and conduct variance analysis for business performance evaluation.
- Business partnering to Business Development and Operation teams
- Based on market trend and company strategy, perform financial analysis on store operation and performance, including but not limited to gross margin, cost and expense, rental, labor cost, etc.
- Develop financial model and analysis for different types of stores to drive better topline and cost control.
- Support store development analysis including new store evaluation, payback analysis, and store closing or adjustment, etc.
- Conduct data analysis to provide business insights to the Operation teams.
Review and perform evaluation on promotional and marketing activities to drive better investment return. - Support KPI setting and incentive scheme development for Store operation to motivate better results and behavior, provide monthly KPI evaluation results to HR department.
- Support digital transformation and other value creation projects
- Partner with IT team to build up data foundation for BI platform, including but not limited to master data set up and management, data warehouse set up, etc.
- Support to develop BI platform to conduct various data analytics and develop business dashboard to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop store opening and closing standard operating procedures to standardize process and improve efficiency.
- Participate in initiatives to continuously streamline financial planning processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Ad hoc analysis or projects to support Business needs.
Requirement任职资格:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or Business related major.
- Above 3 years working experience, at least 2 years of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), big 4 experience is a plus.
- Food and beverage industry or retail and store management related experience.
- Solid working knowledge of accounting principles, concepts, and compliance.
- Familiarity with ERP system, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to handle and interpret big data sets; Data automation and visualization skills are preferred.
- Team player, and strong communication and influencing skills.
- Business acumen, learning agility and problem-solving mindset. Able to handle pressure under VUCA environment.
- Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
