YOUR ROLE
Take responsibility for sales and business controlling management for the new business in Greater China with business volume of around 190 million Euro
Provide forecast, planning, reporting and analysis to support business operation and management decision.
Drive process optimization and standardization to improve business operation efficiency and ensure compliance.
Support Head of Controlling to build solid internal control environment and independently lead projects.
Lead the business projects, including process management, internal and external communication, system integration, etc.
YOUR ROLE CAN OFFER YOU
Work in Consumer Brands Controlling team, closely collaborate with business team and other functions.
FMCG business, good opportunities for self-learning and quick growth.
Project management experience in M&A projects
YOUR SKILLS
At least 8 years' experience in financial planning analysis and modeling. FMCG/Retail industry experience is preferred.
Bachelor or above in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration fields.
Strong interpersonal skills (communicating / influencing).
Proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn.
Fluent oral and written English.
