Job Description

Marketing Manager/Senior Manager, WOFE AMC

the role will focus on product marketing, marketing material production, event management , other marketing activities and also support strategy planning and execution.
Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the branding and marketing strategy for local entities.
  • Handle the production of regular fund materials, fact sheets, market updates, newsletters and product presentations. Some of these materials require local adaptation. Ensure the materials are compliant with corporate standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Organize and coordinate or sponsored events and seminars.
  • Manage the official WeChat day to day activities and campaigns.
  • Liaise with PR agency and handle day to day media activities in cooperation with the regional marketing team.
  • Explore relevant digital and social media campaign opportunities.
  • Handle industry award pitching and surveys.
  • Work with local compliance and product development team to ensure all legal documents and marketing materials are appropriate for distribution.
  • Support other subsidiary's marketing team in terms of branding and marketing activities when required.

Skill sets/requirements

  • 5-8 year fund marketing experience, with a good understanding of investment products and local regulatory requirements in China.
  • Strong knowledge of investment content and fund products.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
  • Advance level of Microsoft PowerPoint. Photoshop, CRM and email marketing applications are advantageous. Basic command of AI marketing
