Job Description
My client is looking for its 1st legal counsel in China.
Reporting to the Global General Counsel, you will be expected to handle a range of legal and compliance related issues.
Including but not limited to:-
Contract review & Negotiation
Legal Consultation
Legal & Compliance training
Requirements:
5 years experience gained from law firm or reputable companies
PRC Bar
Fluency in English is a must
