Job Description

Oversee the management of the regional IT team, including store opening/closing support and daily operations, while formulating annual goals and execution plans aligned with headquarters' strategy.
Build a talent development system, design personalized growth paths, and enhance team capabilities through project practice and objective management.
Lead the planning and maintenance of office IT infrastructure (networks, servers, endpoints, etc.) to ensure secure and stable system operations.
Manage the full lifecycle of IT construction for new stores, including low-voltage engineering, hardware deployment, system configuration, and network planning, ensuring on-time and high-quality project delivery.
Establish visual project management tools, regularly report progress, identify risks promptly, and drive resolutions.
Collaborate with headquarters' technical teams and external vendors to efficiently resolve complex regional technical issues.
Promote the standardization of IT management processes within the region to improve operational efficiency and management quality.
Collect store IT needs, lead optimization solution design, and drive implementation at the headquarters level.
Work with internal IT teams to optimize operational processes, ensuring seamless integration between regional business and headquarters' systems.
Manage external vendor resources to guarantee timely project and operational service responses.

Job Requirements

6+ years of IT management experience in the retail industry, including 3+ years in regional team management, with familiarity in chain-store IT operations.
Strong team motivation and performance management skills, with excellent cross-department collaboration and project management abilities.
Proficient in retail IT systems (e.g., POS, ERP, ESL) and network deployment solutions.
Familiar with the ITIL framework and experienced in service management system development.
Skilled in PMP or other project management methodologies, capable of independently leading complex IT projects.
Ability to translate headquarters' strategies into executable regional plans, with end-to-end planning skills from requirement analysis to implementation.
Experienced in IT budget management and resource optimization.
Strong logical thinking, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Highly responsible, result-driven, and adaptable to high-intensity work and frequent business trips in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region.
PMP, ITIL, MCSE, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
