Job Description

Well-Known FMCG Company

Act as the bridge between the IT department, internal teams, and IT vendors to facilitate the fulfillment of IT requirements.
Manage vendors effectively, ensuring IT deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Coordinate cross-departmental resources to drive smooth IT project execution and achieve project goals.
Utilize Power BI for data analysis and report development, delivering data-driven business insights to support decision-making.
Establish data connections between Power BI and various business systems, including but not limited to databases, NetSuite, Shopify e-commerce platforms, and local files.
Understand data schemas, collaborate with business teams to design data models, and optimize report structures and data visualization.
Maintain daily data updates, ensuring real-time data availability, and promptly integrate new data when new products or projects go live.
Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Job Requirements

Languages: Excellent English skills in both written and spoken.
Data Analytics: Proficient in Power BI with expertise in data connectivity, modeling, and report development. Strong capabilities in data analysis and visualization.
System Integration: Experienced with SaaS platforms (Shopify, NetSuite, Klaviyo, etc.), including system integration and API interface/data transmission mechanisms.
Technical Skills: Knowledgeable in database management (SQL), data warehouse design, and ETL tools. Skilled in data schema design and optimization.
Project Management: Proven IT project management experience coordinating internal teams and external vendors. Familiar with project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
E-commerce Experience: Preferred experience with global e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.) and understanding of e-commerce operations/technical architecture.
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, E-commerce, or related fields.
Exceptional communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Adept at articulating technical concepts and business needs clearly.
