Our client is a leading consumer goods company.

What We Expect This Role To Deliver

• Drive compelling strategy design for greenfield and disruptive business opportunities, including but not limited to brand portfolio, pricing, RTM, drivers of investment ROI, operating model
• Lead hands-on implementation management of relevant opportunities, ranging from overseeing regulatory negotiations to RTM focus and value chain design - be a Project Champion that generates buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
• Accelerate implementation progress of relevant projects by shaping clarity on Critical Path and helping broader teams prioritize and/or make trade-offs
• Work with numerous cross-functional teams locally and globally to shape business results
• Stay on top of latest market/competitor news and maintain a network that can source relevant intelligence and potential opportunities
• Synthesize insights for senior stakeholders and display leadership potential

Your candidacy

• 8-15 years' professional experience with 3- 5 years' experience in a strategy consultancy
• Strong Commercial acumen with ability to ground strategic options with Financial Analysis.
• Demonstrated capabilities in problem-solving and managing for complexity
• Excellent Project Management track record in projects with operational focuses, incl. performance improvement, marketing/innovation, operating model; experience managing external agencies preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in both global and local context; experience interacting with gov't/regulatory stakeholders preferred
• Outstanding communication skills in both Mandarin and English, displays maturity and gravitas
• Displays passion and desire to be entrepreneurial even in a more structured environment
