As the HR Business Partner for 1-2 Brand or Practice in the Beijing office.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support business leaders to assess needs and to design and develop organization structures and talent plans
- Collaborates with Groupe COEs to ensure clients' organizational needs are met
- Facilitate learning and development, internal mobility, retention, succession planning and career development in accordance with Publicis Groupe Values.
- Serve as an advocate on behalf of all employees, solicits and listens to employee' concerns, and takes an active role in resolving problems.
- Provide consultation and support to managers on employment relations issues and applicable company policies and employment laws.
- Support in other HR initiatives with guidance from the HR Director.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Well-rounded experience & knowledge in performance management, learning & development, talent management, employee relations, and compensation, preferred with at least 3 years of HR generalist/HRBP experience in relevant industry.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, work in a fast-paced and changing environment,
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence leaders and team members, and to drive and inspire results.
- Demonstrated a strong sense of initiative and urgency, with the ability to follow up on outstanding matters efficiently, with high flexibility/ambiguity, ability to handle multiple tasks
- Solution and result oriented Creative thinker, strong communicator.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Fluent English & Mandarin, both written and verbal
- Efficient Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
