Data Center Operation Engineer

Knowledge of data center industry and computer room operations.
Skills in communication and management with data center suppliers based on signed service-level- agreements.
Deliver physical racking, stacking, patching and IT projects.
Supervise 3rd party vendor construction works.
Regularly review, file and archive IT infrastructure related operational documentation on shared folder and air drives (i.e., inventory sheet, asset list, life cycle management and logistical records).
Install and configure hardware, troubleshoot hardware and network issues
Maintain change control processes in the datacenter, and support 3rd party vendor activities.

Job Requirements

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including working knowledge of a physical IT infrastructure (server, networking, storage, asset inventory, facilities monitoring, hardware secure decommissioning and incident handling), hands on experience with hardware move/add/change in a datacenter environment.
Associate degree or above. 1- 2 years of experience in computer science, information systems management, data center operation, business management or a related field.
Work experience at banks/financial institutions or MNCs preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
