I specialize in the recruitment for management consulting, for both consulting firm and corporates. Recruiting positions range from Middle to senior level, including but not limited to (Sr.) consultant, Engagement manager, (Sr.) strategy manager.

My Advice

The career choices should be prudent and measured via various critirias. From candidates' point of view, a good career move should be aligned with personal development goals for the long term. It should be based on a serious of comprehensive reviews from factors such as personal goals, family, characteristics, market etc.

My Background

I gained my Bachelor degree at University of Groningen and my Master degree of University of Amsterdam. Starting from studenthood, I worked on some consulting and research projects together with consulting firms and organization, accumulating experience in this field. After coming back to China, by coincidence,  I got to join the talent recruitment industry and specialized in the strategy field. Personally I really enjoy to communicate with talents with diverse background.
