US Sales Director - Building Steel Structures

1. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to quickly expand our footprint in the US construction sector.
2. Build and lead a high-performing sales team from scratch – including recruiting, training, and performance management.
3. Identify, target, and close key accounts within the commercial and industrial building segment
4. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and contract execution.
5. Collaborate with operations and production (Mexico-based) to align supply with demand.
6. Establish strong relationships with general contractors, architects, and steel fabricators.

1. Over 10 years of sales experience in steel structures, metal buildings, or construction materials, with at least 5 years in the US market.
2. Proven track record of building a sales organization from the ground up – hiring, training, and leading teams.
3. Deep network within the US building and construction industry.
4. Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset – willing to be in the field and lead by example.
5. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and cross-cultural communication (US – Mexico – China).
6. Willing to travel extensively across the US; based in or near Dallas preferred, but open to remote.
