LCI Expert

Main Responsibilities
1.Work closely with the site LCI manager to introduce and sustain a lean Six Sigma culture through all level of employ, include office and support department.
2.Work closely with each function managers/leaders to ensure alignment and synchronization of LCI’s mission, vision and purpose to support strategic business plans and objectives.
3.Monitor and continuously improve the site lean initiative, related to efficiency, productivity and quality of business process improvement.
4.Identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining process and system.
5.Lead and facilitate CI kaizen projects to solve site problem，including but not limited to safety improvement process improvement, waste improvement, customer complaint reduction, capacity improvement, order fill achievement rate improvement, WIP improvement，SMED, etc to develop the skill of lean management to improve the key performance.
6.Promote and guide production and functional departments to promote standardization of business，applying TPM/TQM/6Sigma/DBS/VSM systematic improvement tools to enhance manufacturing process capability。
7.Promote Site 5S&Visual management, including the design and update visual management Kanban, the implementation and improvement of daily management System & team competition activities, etc.
8.As a CI toolkit coach, be responsible for the training of each department on CI toolkits to ensure that everyone effectively applies CI tools to solve problems.
9.Coach employees to suggest improvement actions their areas to develop culture of employee empowerment.
10.Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in IE, engineering or mechanical or related is preferred.
2.3-5 years of continuous improvement or TPM or Lean manufacturing practical implementation experience in manufacturing industry, with successful implementation cases. Danaher's business system experience is a plus.
3.Excellent communication and coordination skills, good problem analysis and problem-solving skills, outstanding project management skills, and strong learning abilities;
4.Good data analysis skills and logical reporting and presentation skills.
English can meet simple daily communication, able to use it as working language.
