Job responsibilities
• Work closely with the global trading team, local team and counterparties, to execute trading orders and ensure timely, fair trading with best practices.
• Monitor orders, margin levels, and conduct margin calls when necessary.
• Deal with extreme market conditions and resolve urgent trading related issues in real-time.
• Perform end-of-day processing and related reporting.
• Provide market dynamics, sentiment and significant market events analysis to local and global teams.
• Provide transaction cost analysis, trading risk analysis and broker performance assessments on a regular basis.
• Maintain good relationships with brokers, counterparties and custodians.

Job requirements
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in futures trading. Relevant experience in stocks and bond trading would be a plus.
• Fund Practicing Qualification holder.
• A keen appreciation for trading and operational risk and effective prioritisation skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly and concisely with internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, good professional ethics, and no adverse record of practice.
• Self-motivated, willing to get involved in all aspects of establishing a new WFOE PFM, with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
