Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of sourcing / procurement experience, ideally in raw material / chemical / tail spend / distribution management.
• Able to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to create and lead the implementation of sourcing strategies
• Strong negotiation skill, analytical thinking and problem solving skill
• Affinity for data analytics, ability to handle a high level of complexity & ready to simplify it
• Willingness for job rotation into different categories of sourcing at a later point in time.
