Business Development and Origination
- Spearhead efforts to identify and establish relationships with potential ABS originators, such as large financial institutions, consumer finance companies, auto loan companies, and corporate entities. Drive business development initiatives to expand the pipeline of securitization transactions.
- Oversee the negotiation of key deal terms with originators, ensuring favorable terms for the organization. Foster strategic partnerships that can lead to sustainable growth in the ABS business.
Transaction Structuring and Execution
- Provide high - level guidance on the structuring of complex ABS transactions. Ensure that the structures are innovative, meet the needs of both originators and investors, and are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross - functional teams, including legal, finance, risk management, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of ABS deals. Oversee the due diligence process, documentation, and closing of transactions.
Investor Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with major institutional investors in the ABS market, such as commercial banks(prop and AM), pension funds, and insurance companies. Understand their investment preferences and requirements, and work to meet or exceed their expectations.

Job Requirements
Educational Background

Work Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 7 years of direct experience in the ABS market. Proven experience in a leadership role within the ABS space is essential.
