Our client is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of fashion & luxury accessories.

Regional Director is a key leadership role within a retail organization, responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple retail stores within a designated region: 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and improve profitability. 
  • Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. 
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of stores, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. 
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop store managers and other key staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed. 
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer service across all stores, leading to increased customer loyalty and repeat business. 
  • Financial Management: Manage the regional budget, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met. 
  • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, which can impact sales and profitability. 
  • Compliance: Ensure all stores comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. 
  • Marketing and Promotions: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns and promotional activities. 
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, landlords, and local community leaders. 
  • Crisis Management: Respond to and manage any crises or emergencies that may arise within the region, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. 
  • Technology Implementation: Stay updated with the latest retail technologies and implement them to improve store operations and customer experience. 
  • Reporting: Regularly report to upper management on the performance of the region, including sales figures, market trends, and any issues that need to be addressed. 
  • Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of competitor activities and strategies within the region to inform strategic decision-making. 
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the regional team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
