Key Responsibilities:
1. Close deals. Your #1 job is to generate revenue. You will be hunting for new customers,
pitching our solutions, and securing contracts.
2. Open doors. Leverage your network and build new relationships with decision-makers
in enterprise and industrial sectors.
3. Take action. This is not a strategy role—it’s about executing. You will be in front of
customers, setting up meetings, and making things happen every day.
4. Navigate the market. You know how to get things done in China, working through
regulations, partnerships (we have one already), and sales channels effectively.
5. Face of the company. Act as the primary brand ambassador in China, seeding for a
long-term strong market presence.
6. Corporate alignment. Work closely with leadership to adapt go-to-market strategy,
products and sales approaches for the Chinese market.
7. Ensure compliance with local laws, cybersecurity regulations, and data protection
policies. Oversee all local operations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
● 5+ years of western experience in sales and business development, preferably in
cybersecurity, system management, or at least enterprise software.
● Proven sales track record—you have closed large enterprise deals and built revenue
from scratch (in China).
● 5+ years in B2B sales, with a track record of success in new market entry and
enterprise-level negotiations.
● Strong understanding of the Chinese business landscape, including regulatory and
cultural factors.
● Ability to work independently as the first sales hire, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
● Fluency in Mandarin and English (additional language skills are a plus).
● Autonomy & responsibility—you own the market, the deals, and the revenue.
