Company provides innovative excipient solutions for the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and nutraceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities​​:

​​Strategic Sales Planning​​: Develop, execute, and monitor sales strategies to achieve budgeted revenue and growth targets in designated markets.
​​Key Account Management​​: Build and maintain relationships with major clients while identifying and nurturing new business opportunities through proactive engagement (e.g., site visits, calls, and presentations).
​​Technical Sales Support​​: Educate customers on product portfolios and provide preliminary technical guidance to address formulation challenges. Collaborate with global R&D teams to resolve complex technical inquiries.
​​Market Intelligence​​: Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders to enhance competitive positioning.
​​Cross-functional Collaboration​​: Support marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and technical seminars, to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
​​Operational Excellence​​: Participate in budgeting, forecasting, CRM management, and administrative tasks to ensure alignment with sales division objectives.
​​Travel​​: Up to 50% regional travel to strengthen client relationships and expand market reach.

Job Requirements

Requirements​​:

​​Education​​: Bachelor’s degree (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Health Sciences, or a related field.
​​Experience​​: 7–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industries.
​​Commercial Acumen​​: Proven ability to design and execute strategic sales plans, with strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and competitor landscapes.
​​Customer Focus​​: Demonstrated success in building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
​​Technical Aptitude​​: Ability to understand and communicate technical product details, coupled with problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
​​Soft Skills​​: Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient team player with exceptional communication, negotiation, and time-management abilities.
​​Cultural Adaptability​​: Sensitivity to diverse cultures and adaptability to dynamic business environments.
​​Language​​: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is highly preferred.
