My client is a famous FMCG Group and is currently hiring a Legal Manager to join.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for SEC/NYSE and HKEx regulatory filings and compliance matters
- Advise on corporate governance related matters
- Responsible for overall planning and managing of board meetings, committee meetings and shareholder meetings
- Support strategic projects
Qualifications:
- Bar qualification
- English - proficient
- Graduated from a reputable law school
- 5 years of working experience with reputable law firms with U.S./China HK List compliance experience. M&A experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
