Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
• 2-5 years of experience in a related field (markets / investing, quantitative analysis, financial services consulting etc)
• Effective written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
• General comfort with learning and using new software tools
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• High integrity and culture fit
• Agility; capable of adapting to unexpected changes and rapidly evolving situations
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
