Strategy Director- Leading Consumer Company

Strategic responsibilities on

• Develop & coordinate short- & long-term strategy to capture market trends and impact growth / profitability
• Participate and roll out global strategic initiatives
• Facilitate planning sessions and drive change agenda to meet the strategic business units (SBUs) and function goals
• Collaborate with senior management on all aspects of the organization's business development policies and initiatives
• Develop high potential employees

Common Requirements:

Fluent English

Bachelor Degree above in Management / Engineering / Science; MBA Preferred

12 yrs+ working experience in management consulting, or corporate strategy/strategic marketing, Chemical or related industries

Skill Set

Strategic planning from end to end: project proposal, analytics, insights and recommendations, business and execution plan

Strategic communications

Strong problem solving skill: fact based, logical, structured and systematic

Track record of solid project management and senior stakeholder engagement in matrix organization

Managing project teams and coaching team members

Excellent communication and presentation skills
