Job Overview:

As a Finance Business Partner (BP), you will work closely with the business leadership team to provide financial insights and analysis that will help drive business decisions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models that accurately reflect the company's performance and provide actionable insights to business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the business on all finance matters such as revenue, costs, margins, and budgets
• Analyze financial performance to help business partners identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to improve profitability
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive business performance and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly management accounts to provide timely insight into financial performance
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making
• Provide financial expertise and leadership for significant ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related subject
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Business Partner role in an FMCG or related company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex financial models
• Good understanding of financial analysis, management accounting, and financial planning processes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
