Position Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of company's business data infrastructure from scratch, including traffic analysis, user behavior analytics, sales data modeling, and automated reporting systems.

Conduct multi-dimensional analysis of core business metrics, design data dashboards, and drive data-driven operational strategies to enhance user conversion and retention rates.

Architect user tagging systems (e.g., RFM modeling, consumption preference analysis) to enable precision marketing and personalized recommendation engines.

Own AB testing framework design and experimental analysis, validating business hypotheses through statistical methods to deliver actionable optimization insights.

Collaborate with data warehouse teams to optimize intermediate table structures and standardize data definitions, ensuring high-quality data alignment with business objectives.

Identify growth opportunities through advanced user segmentation and market trend analysis, producing strategic reports to support executive decision-making.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Education:
Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Analytics, Computer Science or related quantitative field from top-tier institutions (985/211 or equivalent international universities preferred).

Experience:
3+ years in data analysis roles, preferably in new retail, e-commerce or internet industries
Demonstrated expertise in user growth analytics and commercial intelligence frameworks

Technical Competencies:
Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python/R with hands-on ETL implementation experience
Advanced data visualization skills using Tableau/Power BI, including automated reporting solutions
Strong experimental design capabilities with proven success in complex business scenario analysis
Solid understanding of data modeling methodologies and pipeline optimization

Business Acumen:
Deep domain knowledge in key metrics: user journey analysis, conversion funnel optimization, merchandise performance
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across product, operations, and engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with big data technologies (Spark/Hive) and distributed computing frameworks
Understanding of new retail dynamics: O2O integration, private domain traffic operations, supply chain analytics
Business-level English proficiency for global initiative support
