职位描述

The company engages in the wholesale, import and export, and related supporting services of ligquid packaging materials, paper products and related equipment.

1、 Develop Europe markets of 2nd hand filling machines passing by methods including but not limited to market research, online scouting, exhibitions, etc.
2、 Negotiate and discuss commercial contracts including negotiation with supplier on cost and collaboration details to reach mutually satisfactory agreement. With insights of market cost and industrial benchmarks to ensure the most favorable supply conditions for the purchasing party.
3、 Strategic sourcing connection and regional coordination to assist HQ Procurement Dept. to manage regional procurement among communications, teamwork, problem resolving, etc.
4、 Manage supplier relationships: Establish and maintain good cooperative relationship with suppliers in Europe and North America, communicate regularly to understand the supply capacity and operation situation, solve potential problems and develop strategic cooperative relationships with them.
5、 Supplier performance management: Track and evaluate the performance of suppliers and take necessary actions to improve their performance, monitor supplier quality and delivery time to ensure that the company can get the required products and services on time.

Job Requirements

• Supply chain bases/locations of filling machine
• Global sourcing experience and methods to implement global sourcing
• Understanding of resources integration and strategy to make fast track of trading business
• Market overview and insights of filling machines
• Impacts on global strategic sourcing (market, technological upgrade, int. political influences, import & export laws and regulations, uncertainties of supply)
• Understandings of 2nd hand filling machine cost model and total cost insights
• Good understandings of INCOTEMS and entrepot trade
