My Advice

Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom. If I ask your favorite color or favorite food or movie, I believe you may be able to answer immediately, but if I ask you, "What are your core values" and "What are your strengths and weaknesses”, Can you answer easily? We need to reflect regularly, we need to be curious about ourselves, and the same is true at work.

My Background

I completed my bachelor’s degree at China University of Petroleum. I had more than 4 years of headhunting experience before joining Morgan McKinley. I am really enjoy communicating with talents diverse personality, which is a meaningful mutual-learning process.
