Reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition Head for APAC, this position is responsible for driving the talent acquisition and pipeline development efforts for China through creative and effective resourcing interventions and branding.
He/she will have demonstrated the competency to be an effective leader to coordinate with business leaders, business HR managers.
In addition, he/she will demonstrate effective leadership of recruitment and selection processes that are legally compliant, cost effective, customer focused and aligned with company's strategic business direction and aligned strategy.
Working experience in Retail, FMCG etc MNC would be preferred.
8+ years focus in recruitment.
Ability to formulate, implement, drive and achieve business plan and targets.
Ability to operate in a matrix organization.
Demonstrable collaboration skill with the customers (business HR managers / business leaders) and influencing skills in leading, and directing teams to achieve results.
