Provide full HR support through partnering with biz functions , incl. talent development & retention, talent hiring, HR cycle implementation, team shaping & engagement, labour case management, etc.
Develop and execute talent strategy according to HR priority and business strategy.
Manage full year Talent cycle with content & process design, toolkit development, data analysis and communication campaign setting.
Leverage HR expertise resource in business service functions to build total solution for important HR Cycle and projects, including Performance Management, Competency, Talent Review, * Talent Retention and Pipeline Building, etc.
Build People Engagement plan through out employee journey by different initiatives and activities. Enable high performing team under company strategy and culture framework.
Bachelor's degree or above.
10 years+ HR experience with at least 3 years+ HRBP experience in MNC，life science related industry experience is preferred.
Fluent in English both orally and in written.
Great Stakeholder management and influencing skill.
