Planning and delivering Friso New Brand WOM(Word-of-Mouth) strategy which to drive TA consumer's brand interest
Focus on Post90/95s consumer insights and develop highly relevant content to engage with our target consumers
Relevant campaign management, including planning, execution, measurement, reporting and review
Key Responsibilities
[iWOM building - CBEC]
Develop Friso international label brand EPR strategy and communication model to build iWOM to further enhance deep & high-quality engagement with CBEC targeted consumers
Work closely with CBEC Brand team to keep social communication align with brand communication message
Work with BI team to monitor and generate social buzz based on engagement on social platforms
[iWOM building - New Brand]
Working closely with brand team to develop and execute the iWOM annual plan to build the solid brand awareness and interest during launching period
Continuously monitoring New Brand social iWOM performance and optimize content to drive communication efficiency and effectiveness
Work with BI team to monitor and generate social buzz based on engagement on social platforms
[Social initiative campaign]
Develop social campaign initiatives under overall social / brand strategic needs
Manage social agencies to execute impactful social content, manage qualitative social campaigns, deliver monthly social calendar

Proven track record of creative thinking and awareness of the ongoing digital trends when it comes to engaging &consumers.
Cross-functionally work on the campaign strategy and content planning;
Heavy user of social media platforms, excellent audience insights and content sense
Demonstrated ability of taking initiative and influencing people
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Good in written and oral English Skills
Progressive experience in Mum & Baby business or Media are preferred
Fast learner, proactive working attitude and strong project management experience
Proven ability of working with social agencies and generating excellent work from them
