1.Responsible for SDK payment and account system-related quality assurance work. Prevent, identify and follow up problems in order to make sure the quality of reach product phases including requirements, development, testing, deployments, and live environment.
2.Responsible for building the Singapore QA team. Manage QA team, set up testing plans, goals, and implementations.
3.Responsible for leading the testing team to complete project iteration testing, including the development of test plans/programs, allocation of testing resources, implementation of integration testing, regression testing, online problem follow-up, problem review, etc.
4.Responsible for talent training, performance review. Able to guide team members to develop working and learning plans and implementation paths. Solve technical problems.
5.Summarize problems and experiences, continuously improve the team process and specifications, carry out continuous improvement of the testing process and testing methods, help the team to improve the quality of R&D, and improve testing efficiency.
1.Bachelor's degree (or above) with 7 years (or above) experience in web and app testing. 1 year(or above) experience in team management.
2.Familiar with testing theory, proficient in test design, test analysis, good at finding and solving problems.
3.Experience in SDK payment and account is preferred.
4.Familiar with at least one development language (such as Python, Golang, java), able to write some simple testing tools, proficient in database theory such as MySQL, operating system knowledge, network knowledge, etc.
5.Experience in automation testing. Have at least one methodology of interface or UI automation testing framework building and implementation capability.
6.Skilled in using various testing tools such as postman, Charles, monkey, adb, etc.
7.Work carefully and conscientiously. Ability to work under pressure. Have good communication skills and teamwork ability
8.Strong logical thinking ability and good learning ability, able to solve problems independently and provide active feedback.
9.Fluent in Mandarin and English to liaise with teams.
