  • As a institutional sales manager, you need to ensure timely, clear and concise communication with clients.
  • Playing a supporting role to the senior sales managers in the full business cycle of fund management, from arranging roadshows, presentations, to product solution providing.
  • Identify, process and evaluate relevant information of enquiries from clients and prospects.
  • Attend and minute meetings with clients. Participate in records maintenance of business relevant documents.
  • Maintenance of client relationship management system and client information.
  • Work closely with product department for investment-related documents. Support product design and daily product operation activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to produce relevant marketing materials. Ensure prompt and regular updates on the materials.


  • Graduated from a distinguished university with at least an undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably major in finance, business management, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking, securities firms, and fund management companies.
  • Experienced in sales of financial products through distributors or directly to institutional investors, with a good understanding of wealth management and/or asset management industry.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high degree of accuracy. Sense of urgency and ability to adapt in a complex and changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently but also essential to be a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills in English/Chinese - written and verbal.
