Our client is a MNC cosmetics company


  • Overall store management on all commercial and operational KPIs; work externally with partners and internal stakeholders to deliver the result.
  • Lead to work out seasonal store calendar and business plan (key products build-up, promotion mechanism, special offers, communication angle…), TP/vendor management, Traffic management, store site design/feature/innovation management, etc.
  • Lead & drive the communication with all internal stakeholders including brand marketing team, EC marketing team, and training team to drive the premium shopping experience on.
  • Lead & drive regular communication with senior management teams with reporting, analysis and optimization of store performance with key levers and opportunities for improvements.
  • Manage good relationship with TMALL platform.


  • 5+ years working experience in consumer industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and daily running business skillset to achieve the tremendously performance.
  • Strong entrepreneurship spirit with ambitious and results & profit oriented.
  • Curious and passionate about eCommerce that continue to develop and enhance personal and team skill.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor degree above in relevant major.
