Our client is a MNC FMCG company

Responsibilities:

  • Understand company strategy and support EC leadership team to develop overall EC and digital plan
  • Ecommerce marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Take the lead to co-work with EC operation team and marketing team to translate brand/ category strategy into creative brand promotion activities, including but not limited to new products
  • Co-work with marketing team to better land tailor-made marketing supports to EC, with the purpose to drive brand awareness, traffic and conversion, as well as to improve consumer experiences
  • Develop and evaluate tailor-made activities and programs based on platform resources/strategy and latest marketing tools to drive share growth
  • Set clear KPIs and best utilize M&E to ensure our investment is well monitored and continues to be optimized in order to get the best efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI
  • Driving In-store and investment excellence
  • Work with EC operation team to design in-store promotion mechanism, timing and duration to lead in-store execution excellence
  • Consistently optimize in-site and out-site media plan to drive traffic and page presence to improve conversion
  • Partner with digital and CRM team to drive better campaign synergy and membership marketing
  • To co-work with TP and ISV to execute consumer operation plan and actively manage consumer asset as category captain
  • Proactively monitor competitors, other industries, and different external platform's best practices/ trends/ initiatives to continuously improve our creativity and competitive advantage
  • Work with EC team members to prepare regular performance update (SMM/BPM)
  • Robust budget management

Requirements:

  • At least 3-year experience in ecommerce with sales experience
  • Strategic thinking, self-motivated, result oriented, quick learner, sense of responsibility
  • Capability to develop priority and manage multiple tasks
  • Data Analysis: good understanding of market through researches, scan data, cost efficiency analysis and activity effectiveness analysis, etc.
  • FMCG & Luxury industry experience is a plus
