To design and implementation workflow related to a Molecular Cell Diagnostic Autoline
Architecture and establish control strategies and automation details.
Perform work within applicable standards QMS, guidelines, and procedures related to ISO13485.
Draft, Review, and update as necessary CRD, PRD, PSD (SDS,DDS,IQ/PQ)
Coordinate technical engineering activities of project teams and/or execute technical tasks in the design, development, implementation, and documentation of process automation/control projects.
Lead technical or project execution elements.
Provide proactive input and solutions to the engineering R&D.
Assist in the development of creating automation platform standards - modules, libraries, graphics etc.
BS Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, or related technical field, with a minimum of ten (10) years' experience as an automation control engineer design and implementing automation line.
Preferably in the biomedical, chemical, pharmaceutical, hard disk, or other process industries.
Experienced in Molecular Cell Diagnostic Autoline & Processes
Travel to supplier and between company sites is required for this position
Experience with either the following to apply to biomedical field: Hitachi Labflex Conveyors; Yamaha LCMs Conveyors; ATS Automation Lab Automation; Festo Laboratory Automation; Brushed motor fully automated production line design; Hard disc automated production line design Seaveyor; Beckman Coulter Power Express Line; Mindray CAL8000 line.
Knowledgeable on validation requirements for control systems in cGMP environments a plus (21CFR11).
Ability to determine best technical approach based on customer requirements
Ability to read, discuss, and provide input on P&ID drawings, electrical drawings, various process flowcharts, etc.
Ability to reverse engineer existing controls systems for future localised design.
