【Requirements】
B.S. or above degree from engineering related majors.
1-5 years' experience working as an infrastructure/system engineer or related
experience.
Well organized and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
Effective and professional communication and coordination skills.
Should have the AMAC Fund Practitioner's License or demonstrate the ability to obtain it.
Solid hands-on knowledge and experience in Windows/Linux setup and maintenance preferred
Solid hands-on knowledge and experience in Microsoft Products (Active Directory/Azure
AD/Office 365). preferred
Experience with Networking is preferred.
Proficiency in English and Chinese, both in writing and speaking preferred

Technology Infrastructure Associate focuses on maintenance and architecting the infrastructure that supports our fast-growing business. This role will report to the Head of Technology while functionally managed by the Infrastructure Team Lead. This is a technical, execution-focused role encompassing a wide variety of day-to-day operational tasks as well as architecting the evolution of the technology infrastructure functions.

Technology department is an integrated department that includes system development and infrastructure. We work closely with investment engineering, security department so potential development paths include engineering, development, security, and management depending on aptitude and interest.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, hands-on candidates with infrastructure experience who are passionate about technology and thrive in an entrepreneurial and high growth environment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and track them through to resolution along with solutions to avoid in the future.
Work with internal teams/external vendors to optimize reliability, performance, latency, and efficiency for infrastructure services
Evolve with business and architect the infrastructure for the future.
