TA Manager

(70%) Talent Acquisition Part:

Work as a partner and consultant with our hiring managers and own the full recruiting cycle from setting recruiting strategy to making the job offer.

 Organize, plan, and manage, the entire recruitment life cycle by working with the HR Business Partners, compensation and benefits, and Human Resources Operations in a matrixed manner to ensure success.

 Contribute to recruiting initiatives including consistently exploring new and innovative approaches that improve Strategy's employment brand, client service delivery, and quality of hire.

 Proactively and regularly communicate to internal clients the status of Talent Acquisition Activities.

 Manage external recruitment vendor and coordinate related operations  Provide a candidate experience and sustain a pipeline for diverse talent for future key positions

(30%) Talent Project Part:

 Developing ideas, channels to promote the Beiersdorf as an attractive employer in China (WeChat, WeiBo, Xiaohongshu…)

 Talent Program, e.g. Summer Intern, University Open Day & Campus Competition
