Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company. They are hiring a Strategy Director which targets candidates with top tier consulting firm background in retail industry to accelerate their retail business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Greater China management team and relevant stakeholders to drive strategic planning and commercial improvement projects and other business excellence projects.
• Work in managing multiple, interrelated projects, including business transformation projects
• Plan and organize business projects and process including organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements
• Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing

Key Requirements

• Top tier consulting firm background. MBA qualification is an added advantage

• Prior experience and knowledge in retail, FMCG industries or similar preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and strong business sense
• General Project Management requires good business knowledge and strong business acumen
• Excellent visual, oral and written communication skills
• Good commercial background with demonstrated key people skills to influence, partner, advise and collaborate with various global and regional stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and is well organized, hands-on and details oriented
• Adaptability and ability to assume ownership for broad tracks of work
