Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
- As a project leader to develop 3-year strategy and corresponding action plans.
- Support regular analysis and reporting on business status (eg, 3-year plan, annual P&L, and key initiatives) to support tracking, transparency, and decision-making.
- Coordinate and manage initiative development, planning and prioritization processes across functions
Project Management
- Get alignment with the management team to ensure the PMO is focused on the strategic topics and top priorities
- Engage with initiative owners and senior management to determine role and contribution for each initiative
- Closely track throughout the project life-cycle and organize regular updates with senior management on module/initiative progress
- As a consultative change management agent, assisting all stakeholders to adapt, implement and execute change initiatives internally and externally.
Requisite Experience
- At least 6 years of consulting firm experience
- Experience with leading retail&consumer brand
- Extensive experience in and strong skills of strategic planning and project management
- Experience in working closely with middle and senior managers across functions
- MBA or other business- related qualification
- Solid skills in Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
- Basic statistics and modelling knowledge
- Strong communication skills - written and spoken English and Mandarin
