Senior Retail Manager
* Sales & Operation
- Set sales targets at high level to align with brand ambition in growth and market share
- Develop and implement action plans and strategies to achieve sales targets
- Review & implement operational procedures and share best practice to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Regular sales reports and data analysis, team KPI & productivity reports
- Lead and motivate sales team to provide excellent service to clients
- Lead & monitor the execution of brand retail operations standards
- Coordinate & execute promotion to drive incremental sales and follow up promotional budget
* Team Management
- Ensure retail staff's adherence to brand's policies and grooming guidelines
- Participate in recruitment of retail staff to ensure the achievement of productivity and sales targets
- Regular store visit & present in field, ensure daily operation is smooth & effective
- Monitor the assortment, management and tracking of stocks
- Develop incentive scheme to motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Manage district supervisor and store managers' leadership
- Report updated retail information (new brands to watch, competitor footprint, distribution, promotion activities & events)
- Cooperate with other departments to complete brand merchandizing guideline & marketing plan
- Cooperate with other teams to complete the business development plan (including but not limiting with store opening and closing, etc.)
* Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or more, preferably in fashion
- Successful retail management experience with fashion brands
- More than 10 years working experience, at least 3 years experience in senior retail management position
- Fluent English and good fashion sense
- Excellent strategic thinking skills, driving force, resource integration, communication skills, great learning ability, insight, data sensitivity
