Main Responsibility Areas
Manage & grow sales through in retail store.
Achieve store sales target, strive for better in-store ranking and share in own coverage
Daily store maintenance and management, including merchandising, salesclerk management, stock checking & controlling
Recruit, retain and coach salesclerks build up and keep a strong and stable sales team.
Build up good relationship with related management in stores and strive for support
Execute in-store animations and drive sales with salesclerks
Coordinate and work closely with other functions to guarantee smooth daily operation in counters
Ensure sell through data properly reported, and follow up actions to improve sales performance & resolve issues
Maintain VMI according to our guidelines & highly attractive standards
Work with Commercial & Marketing teams for highly effective execution of seasonal campaigns, retail promotions, etc
Requirements
Familiar with department store operations and business practices.
Proficient in English, people management skills, negotiation skills, integrity and professionalism, accountability for results are all important for this position desired
Minimum 10 years of sales through background in multi-national company.
Have working knowledge of Retail channel and business practices, and successful sales track record and target achievement is a plus
Minimum Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree or above with a concentration in Sales is preferred
